Hollywood organist Dean Lemire will be performing his original score on the Mighty Wurlitzer theatre organ.

Pipe Organ Pictures is proud to present the great Greta Garbo in FLESH AND THE DEVIL (1926).

This is the signature film that launched the alluring Garbo into Hollywood legend!

Garbo gives an incendiary performance as the smoldering femme fatale in this romantic, and erotic charged melodrama.

Co-starring John Gilbert – known as the ”The Great Lover” in the silent era, Gilbert rivaled the other famous leading man of 1920’s, heartthrob Rudolph Valentino, as a box office draw.

Garbo was so impressed with Clarence Brown’s direction and William Daniels’s cinematography that she continued to work with both of them in her subsequent films at MGM. She was particularly insistent on the use of Daniels as her prime cinematographer, and became her personal “lensman” in over 21 films… winner of multiple Academy Awards.
